That's Jon Guetter from Akraix Freestyle ( www.akraix.com) . He did the jump for an episode on the Discovery Channel about extreme sports or something . He was the first guy in the world to ever do the backflip on a quad and now him and his brothers ( Derek - freestyle rider , and Dan - video editing guy) tour around the country ( USA) and do shows . Jon was actually on the Crusty Demons tour over in Australia . They come up this way 2 years ago to ride at the G-Spot which is a snowcross freestyle compound near Ottawa and busted out backflips on sleds . Jon nailed the flip on his first attempt .

Interesting fact .... there's only been 3 or 4 guys in the world that have landed an ATV backflip ..... and 2 of those guys are from Canada . One from Quebec and another guy from Sault Ste Marie . :D
