As long as you have a club pass valid from any atv club in Ontario you are welcome to ride HATVA trails for the long weekend in Sept for free. We will cover the cost of your pass. Come and enjoy some of the best trails you will ever ride. All we ask is you stay on mark trails and respect private property. If you use our map you will be safe on all trails. Come out and enjoy what Haliburton has to offer.

We are doing this in the hopes of showing everyone what a one pass system could do. We thought that by posting it at the start of the year other organization may follow suit. Lets see if anyone else will join in and just maybe we can get some movement happening. Someone has to take the first step so why not HATVA.

Your pass cost $100 according to the website. Divide by 365 days because you can ride in the winter as well and it costs 27 cents a day.

You want a refund of 54 cents??

Even without the winter riding it would still be only a couple of dollars.

Well it was said as a ijoke, and for rising in the winter, technically you can't ride becasue the trails are off limits to ATV's. The sleds only have a few months to ride, so I would suggest not riding.

Stupid question but is there somewhere we can find a list of trails, parking area's or maps ? This is a great idea !

I apoligize for that but there are people who would want $10 or $20 back for something like that. I agree that we should pay for trail support and maintenance. On the Haliburton website there is a link to winter riding so I just thought you could ride up that way. If I wasn't camping that weekend I would take advantage of the offer though of the free weekend. Was up in there in June and bought a weekend pass and had a great time. The trails are very good.

The closest access to Algonquin West Trails from Arrowhead Park would be at the end of Williamsport Road. This would be about 10km from the park. Lots of room to park and unload. Trail 17 starts here. Do not try and ride atv from the park though, roads in Huntsville are closed at this time. The club is doing prep work and are going to town council to change this, but this takes time, lots of volunteer time and some money. Thanks for being a member, every membership makes our voice stronger at town council.
